    - Not many, but think we can think of implementing the strategies presented as well.

    - Great social space at work
    - Flexible working hours

    Cons

    - Strong bias towards inaction and witch-hunting whenever problem appears
    - Performance metrics (particularly billable hours) are strongly subjective and susceptible to abuse by Principal or Director
    - Given the above, leads to unfair performance appraisal
    - Excessive demand from managers to work beyond working hours

    Advice to Management

    Wish you have more accountability to your subordinates.

    - Global organization requires working with regional team with some interface with global research as well
    - Good knowledge base of past work and recognized brand
    - Good work life balance

    - Senior leadership cannot provide direction - lack depth
    - Limited focus on producing quality output - more on quantity

    Advice to Management

    Excellent brand of Frost can be leveraged for more meaningful work than events and awards. Focus on consulting and market research should not be diluted by an attempt at brand building through events etc.

    Flexible with working hours. Opportunity to learn of other industry.

    Indecisive. Career advancement is very subjective and priority be given to foreign workers.

    Need to be transparent; honest and assertive. The staff are looking up to you in seeking of inspiration and directive, please don't let them down.

    Depending on business unit you're in and supervisor, mine is relatively flexible in hours as long as task assigned is accomplished within timeline. Good atmosphere to work.

    Cons

    Staff benefit could be improved.

    Pros

    For one whose career goal is in business and management, the company offers various opportunities to be explored.
    Good office environment.
    Ample regional/international exposure.

    Cons

    Management's expectations are difficult to fulfill.
    No job satisfaction if one derives a sense of achievement in producing high-quality work.
    One is almost expected to be on work alert 24/7, even during holidays.

    Please review your expectations against your resources' capabilities and be more reasonable.
