    Pros

    Job as customer service is pretty chill at time and becomes extremely busy at other times. Co-workers are easy to become friends with.

    Cons

    Overworked depending on what position and time you worked. Office managers forced a budget cut (hrs).

    Pros

    Fun people to work with, cashier work can be easy some days when you're not made to run around the store doing store pickups.

    Cons

    They make you do basically janitor work during closing shifts. No training, basically throw you out on the floor after shadowing for a day. Not much freedom in scheduling.

    You might make some good friends.
    If you sell a lot, you can make decent money.

    Everything is done in the most inefficient way possible.
    Supervisors steal your sales.

    Advice to Management

    Find better supervisors who actually do their job instead of acting as salesmen and stealing the new guy's sales.

    Sometimes the hours can be long during the preparation for Anniversary Sales , Holiday Sales and Black Friday Promotions.

    Pros

    Friendly environment
    Co-workers are pretty nice to work with
    Department level management is also pretty good and takes care of you
    You get to see new products before launch and learn how to sell to customers and get trained on how to do so
    Great for students to get some money and build communication skills

    Cons

    Closing shifts and getting the store ready for the next day can cause to stay potentially up to an hour and a half after closing

    Advice to Management

    Higher commission for Salesmen for products and with Internet price matching.

    Pros

    The employee discount is occasionally good.
    You get paid on time... 99% of the time.

    Cons

    - Technicians are paid just above minimum wage.
    - Upper management is kept insulated from the conditions in the store, leading to policies that negatively impact the workplace.
    - Employees are forced to submit to a "mandatory voluntary" search through their personal belongings before exiting the store. This is also the case should they visit a location other than the one they are employed at.
    - The paystubs often fail to list accrued benefits including vacation and sick time.
    - Technicians are often co-opted for deliveries because the sales associates are not encouraged to check the schedule first.
    - Despite the low pay, technicians are expected to repair a vast array of devices, which as of recently includes iPhones.
    -Benefits such as sick time can take nearly a month to be paid after the request.
    - No raises. Ever. They will never renegotiate your wages. However, they are more than happy to reduce the marginal "commission" they paid the technicians should the minimum wage in the store's city increase.

    Advice to Management

    Don't be afraid to terminate supervisors who are dragging their departments down, and make sure that they don't go prying into employees' personal lives.
