I worked at FuelNOW Network full-time

    Pros

FuelNOW used to be great (kombucha in the lobby, coworkers who were like family).

    Cons

Leadership has been under pressure and it shows since a failed merger, they then take it out on their subordinates. Its unfortunate and many are jumping ship. Also pay attention to what you were given in your offer letter because they're trying to get out of paying their employees.

    Advice to Management

Be more considerate of your employees, it might not seem like "a lot of work" to you, but that doesn't mean you can just assign us whatever duties you can think of without even asking (sales stuff being given to support agents? demo duties being given to MST? thats not their job).

I worked at FuelNOW Network full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Easy job, too easy if you're looking for something fulfilling - At one point there was plenty of flexibility to work remotely, not sure how much that is still the case - Very informal if you like informal office environments

    Cons

    - What you see is not what you get. The market rate for the position is $45k - $55K, they offer $17 with no benefits under the guise that it only lasts for the brief internship period of 10 weeks before you're converted into full time. I worked for over 8 months and was never converted, and was told "I knew what I was signing up for" when the issue was addressed later on. Also worked hundreds of hours of overtime without...

    Advice to Management

    - Take some time to reflect on why your best employees are leaving and the loyal ones are unhappy instead of deflecting blame - Lead by example. Don't bury employees when they don't respond in 5 minutes, then turn around and disappear from the office for four days with no notice or leave your subordinates hanging for 3 hours when stuff is hitting the fan at midnight - Instead of holding it against someone for writing...

    Cons

Wouldn't necessarily say there are many cons; however, as with most any startup, there are challenges the team works to overcome.
