    I worked at Fugro Airborne Surveys full-time

    Pros

    Il you like to travel the world it's a good place. The organization is good and the senior management have an open door policy.

    Cons

    When times are ruff and after people cut back the rotation tend to become longer then usual. Salaries are under average.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the open door policy, listen to your staff and try to keep good work environment even when times are hard.
