I have been working at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Fairly nice people. There will be downtime, on some days more than others. Free coffee.

    Cons

Expected to perform your own job and the extra stuff the office people wants even though that is not part of your job. Management have a click, if someone out in the office area isn't too fond of you, you can't get out of manufacturing. Management has manufacturing bidding to other department's need.

I worked at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great Coworkers. Good Benefits and Vacation

    Cons

High Turnover. Toxic Environment. Management and HR don't listen to worker's needs. I was forced to work a brutal schedule where my schedule would shift between days and nights constantly without much notification. Managers yell at people and belittle them in front of coworkers. Very heavy workload and stressful environment.
