    Pros

    Flexiable working with agreement from manager, great people, challenging and oppurtunities to learn and grow.

    Cons

    Some managers aren't 'people' managers which can let themselves down.

    Advice to Management

    Ensure that managers, including line managers, are the right people for the roles, as often they aren't really 'people managers'.
