    I worked at Fujitsu full-time

    Pros

Flexible working, if your old and have outdated skills you can probably exist here for a very very long time as seems the case with half the work force.

    Cons

Clueless management completely out of touch with reality of customer, leadership team is more like an old boys club, bangs on about diversity to tick the right boxes but totally out of touch. Inappropriate jokes etc already cost one senior their job. Painfully slow to react to opportunities and incredibly high turn over of sales staff and client execs. Still living of the major service contracts of yester year and the associated churn, no sight of real innovation or winning technology.

    Advice to Management

Stop saying your going to fix the problems and fix them , constantly told of improvements planned but no actual progress just lots of back slapping and mythical stories of the next major win which never materializes. Only surviving as a leadership team because the rest of the business is in an even worse state, so the all seeing eye of Sauron has not yet landed fully on them.

I have been working at Fujitsu full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexiable working with agreement from manager, great people, challenging and oppurtunities to learn and grow.

    Cons

Some managers aren't 'people' managers which can let themselves down.

    Advice to Management

Ensure that managers, including line managers, are the right people for the roles, as often they aren't really 'people managers'.
