    Pros

    Nice company to work for

    Cons

Many parts of Fujitsu have not found new work for years. Fujitsu are 'right sizing'.

I worked at Fujitsu as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Despite being much younger and less experienced than my peers, everyone in my team was extremely friendly and courteous. I learned many valuable skills in my short time there. Japanese business culture is usually notorious for lots of unpaid overtime, but they basically force everyone out at 5pm, which was nice.

    Cons

This may not be representative of all departments there, but I feel that my specific group (Bioinformatics) was a relatively recently formed, so our purpose and objectives were a little bit more vague than desirable. Most of my work as an intern was exploratory research on a variety of topics.

I have been working at Fujitsu full-time

    Pros

A great company with many international headquarters, great possibilities, specially internationally

    Cons

Spain is different, a great change is needed because we're getting older and older, if you want to work with the lastest tech maybe that's not the place right now (2017)

    Advice to Management

wake up! cloud is here to stay , invest in I+D or we'll not survive the next 5 years.

I worked at Fujitsu full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great varied work, great people

    Cons

Too much pressure to keep utilisation rates high, hit performance targets and all while several rounds of redundancies were going on. Demoralising.

    Advice to Management

Worked there 8 years and never progressed past the level I was recruited on, despite hitting all my performance targets, every year. Not very meritocratic culture. Promotions seemed to be budget constrained and based on the tiny upper end of a bell curve (in which the average person met all expectations) rather than being based on who deserved it and had earned it. Left for career advancement.

I have been working at Fujitsu full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Joined on Grad scheme - start of my career with a major company
work/life balance is good with opportunity to work from home
Great people to directly work with

    Cons

Up for redundancy when still on the grad scheme is inexcusable and should not be hiring junior people.
micro management from senior members fed down the chain makes you feel small and incapable.

    Advice to Management

less micro management and more trust in your employees. Future looks bleak.

    I worked at Fujitsu full-time

    Pros

    Ease of work,increments, work culture

    Cons

Management in India is mostly Pune based hence if you are at any other location there will be no visibility. Also all management is from Tech mahindra so dont except anything innovative. You will find many old employees in management with no skills or real world worth but highly political. Guess thats how they survived for so long.

    Advice to Management

There is more to world outside pune and as a matter of fact most of the high performing individuals in the organisation are non- marathis so please get this cultural biased removed. Also if you are not interrsted in people outside pune then close all offices.
