I have been working at Fujitsu (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Fast paced environment. Great people to work for and with. Plenty of knowledge for expand and perfecting your career. Good place to start and expand.

    Cons

Slightly under market value. Training is provided but certifications are difficult to get funding for. Must stand out in the company, very large. Lacks in agent support appreciation.

    Advice to Management

Would like to see more bonuses and support to agents. Would like more fun activities as a company to keep agents engaged and happy about work. Transparency within the company is an issue as well.

    I worked at Fujitsu part-time

    Pros

Colleagues and supervisors can be good to work with

    Cons

work a lot of hours...responsibilities and workload can increase, but not your salary. Not very many years with annual merit pays....always seem to be reducing headcount here or there (layoff- - not fired), which is either poor management planning, loss of revenue or focused on meeting budgetary goals vs employee morale (you never know who is next, regardless of your performance).

    Pros

Nice people are working here. Fujitsu pays fairly. They try to be innovative and they support the employees with the resources they need like participating to the conferences and taking training classes.

    Cons

Too many small projects with unclear goals. The ideas don't seem to be revolutionary and don't even seem to be practical.

    Pros

Overall a good place to work. It's like working at a small company although they are worldwide. The pay and benefits were adequate when I worked there. Friendly co-workers and Japanese visitors were super nice. At the time management the new management in sales decided that my position was not necessary so I was laid off.

    Cons
