I worked at Fulcrum full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Tight deadline projects in short duration enables quick learning
    Projects on latest Technologies
    Salary comes on time

Poor environment and policies - if you are sent to a client location in different city, you daily allowance is only 200.
They try to cut cost and squeeze you from every corner
Bonus gets credited after 8 months
Expect women employees to be kicked off when they avail maternity leave
Sales will promise the moon to client and then project team has to suffer

    Advice to Management

Fulcrum is almost 15yr old organization and has been at the same level in terms of revenue, headcount, projects

You can get it streamlined and grow
