I have been working at Fulcrum Worldwide full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Best thing about Fulcrum is the fact that it’s a company of enablers where most of us walk the talk. I have received immense support from all business units during my tenure as a project manager.

    Cons

Too much of traveling across geographies could be a concern for someone handling multiple projects.

I have been working at Fulcrum Worldwide full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

I have been associated with Fulcrum since 2008, and since then, it has been a very satisfying experience. Professionally, I’ve had great learning opportunities in a variety of domains like Insurance, Health Care, Culinary, and Budgeting. On a personal front, Fulcrum has always extended its helping hand whenever I’ve looked for support. After successfully delivering projects as a BA, there came a time when I grew apprehensive if I could continue in the same role because of my personal commitments. When I expressed my interest in QA, I was warmly welcomed into the Testing Business Unit as a Project Lead. It not only helped me extend my business knowledge to the QA team but also allowed me to take care of my personal commitments. I took 9 months off work during my maternity break. When I returned back, I was thrilled to be given complete responsibility to manage the automation testing team. Looking back, time and again, Fulcrum has provided me with opportunities to grow and I have always felt valued and appreciated here.

    Cons

Nothing that i have experienced personally

I have been working at Fulcrum Worldwide full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I’m designated at Fulcrum as IT Project Manager, before Fulcrum I was associated with a MNC and thereafter a midsized Indian IT consulting firm, having served at both international and national IT companies, my experience with Fulcrum has been the best so far! It’s an agile organization which invests time & energy into projects that are mission critical, digital or mobile in nature. After clocking-in 3 years at Fulcrum, I thought I’ll write a honest take to give aspiring candidates a transparent and insightful review to help them make up their mind, and know Fulcrum, its people and its culture in depth. During my tenure, I started as a team-lead and within months started contributing towards marquee projects and honing my technical, project and people management skills. They work on latest technologies ranging from open source to cloud. (This company being a US based organization provides ample of on-site travel & relocation opportunities across the US, UK and EU) I’ve seen my colleagues post Fulcrum being absorbed by top IT, products and consulting companies, as this company is a great brand in the industry and time & again have won awards like Deloitte Fast 500 to E&Y Entrepreneur Of The Year. Lastly, if you’re looking at striking a perfect work-life balance, I’d strongly recommend this company, they organize engaging employee focussed events round-the-year and the only place I’ve seen wherein everyone right from the HR to CEO are so accessible, friendly and warm. (Do check out their social media pages to know how they walk the talk)

    Cons

This company has a dynamic culture, wherein you’ll have to be on top of your game as you’ll be working (at times competing against) with some of the best minds in the global IT industry.

I have been working at Fulcrum Worldwide full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Really appreciate the fact that Fulcrum is a process-driven company with well-defined KRAs. For a disciplinarian like me, I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

    Cons

Fulcrum is little too strict when it comes to enhancing soft skills of its employees. It’s difficult to follow Fulcrum’s training calendar.
