I worked at Fulcrum Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Learnt Data Mining on internally listed data. It was a turn key exercise smartly built to reap double benefits, clients paid for project and we also made profits by selling those projects to some high value seekers (competitors) at on-demand prices (Pricing strategy re-defined). We internally called it operation secret spice!!!

    Cons

HR (s.a.) at Fulcrum worldwide, pays 2 days extra leaves on giving references from select companies, where they sold "OSS" data. I collected 20 leaves throughout the year.. NO Cons

    Advice to Management

It was fun working with you.. It was ages since I had played the slot.. Let those $$$ flow... FULCRUM Worldwide changed my life.... Best company in the world...

Not organized management; Luck of guidance. Most of the time you have to figure our everything on your own and very easily can get stuck between managers and CEO.

    Pros

I define Fulcrum as freedom, why I like to be here would be because, I have freedom to choose what I want to do, freedom of speech , freedom of your own voice. Fulcrum is just a platform, rising or falling is in employees hand, Fulcrum wants people who can push oneself and self-achieve, take the authority and perform on their targets rather than targets given. I love this as this is part of my own personality, being brutally honest , I can speak for my voice.

    Cons

Less Training opportunities . Coordination with offshore employees is tiresome.

    Advice to Management

I believe this is surely an area to improve, needs to be more structured department wise and proper planning.

    Pros

Fulcrum has great people working at this NJ location. They really trust and care about their employees and they will do everything they can to accommodate your needs. Senior management is very approachable and considerate. I felt very comfortable in the environment.

    Cons

This is not really a con but Fulcrum will push you to be your best. They challenge you to match and exceed the effort and passion put forth that is required to be successful. It made me a better employee and person.

    Advice to Management

Implement better training practices for new employees.

I have been working at Fulcrum Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fulcrum is definitely a company which is growing fast and employees are growing along with it too. I was promoted 3 times in the last 4 years, I would have never imagined this happening in any other organization. Employees who have started their career in Fulcrum, at a junior level are now in managerial positions across the globe. Another noteworthy factor is that the company is open to listen to employees and is flexible to accommodate personal and professional requests. The managerial level has recognized and trusted my work and put me in many challenging situations and it was great for developing my leadership and operational skills . I always look forward to their “Fun Friday” events and train myself for the “5K” marathons we participate in.

    Cons

It’s time when company revisits some of its policies and scale-up the supporting process to match company’s growth rate. Working protocols and policies need to be adjusted and aligned with a Global company´s structure. Everybody and all the offices should follow the same.

I have been working at Fulcrum Worldwide full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Best thing about Fulcrum is the fact that it’s a company of enablers where most of us walk the talk. I have received immense support from all business units during my tenure as a project manager.

    Cons

Too much of traveling across geographies could be a concern for someone handling multiple projects.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!
