      Absolutely life changing in restoring faith that the corporate world CAN and does exist with ethics and morals.

      Pros

      They build people first and let them build the company. There are free meals, employee appreciation, benefits, and it feels like a family.

      Cons

      Well, like any family there are disagreements but you can express them. The pay could be more but the environment and loyalty far outweighs that...not a lot of turnover.
