I have been working at Fullerton India full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None, i have been here for 1 year now and I have not seen any steps taken by management to encourage employees at all.

    Cons

    Not employee friendly.
Policies are not employee friendly either.
Lack of respect by line managers towards its employees.
CEO screams at his subordinates from his cabin, while keeping the door open for everyone to hear. Goes to the extent of using profanities.
Yelling at the employees is a trend that sr. Management follows.
Those who have been with the organization for a very long time or are at very senior level feels they can threaten the employee's about terminating then any day, anytime.
Probably the worst company and culture I have seen in 13 years of my career.

    Advice to Management

    - tell your senior management to watch their tone and language when they speak to their employees, they are employees of the organization and not anyone's slaves.
    - train coach CEO and leaders on communicating well with people
    - need to follow labour law, else the day when a disgruntled emp or employee who has not been treated well may drag the organization to court might be near.
-make your policies more employee friendly.
    - don't force people to apply for Earned Leaves, when they could not reach work due to natural calamities like flooding in Mumbai or water logging or heavy rainfall, that happened in recently.
    - if you have a policy on flexible working you should implement it as well, don't just have policies on paper.

I worked at Fullerton India full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

For the initial banking experience. Also some salary earning at the same stage. Social activities and festival gatherings quite good. CSR activities noted good before. rest if you are not doing anything than here engaged atleast.

    Cons

No good reputation in market. As per my experience, too much politics inside office. no clear vision and guidance to the employees from managers. Managers and management should be quite well qualified and of good quality which is also lacking.

    Advice to Management

Decision flow should be. Down to Up approach. Business operational policies to rechanged.
