    Pros

great benefits, great place to work

    Cons

too many politics, need to be friends with higher ups to get any additional preference, no room for advancement unless you work here for 20 years

    Pros

New students to engage with and always helping in this role. Lots of work to do. You get the opportunity to change lives and build up the esteem of many young adults.

    Cons

The location can be very difficult to get use to. It is located in rural upstate New York and can be hard to find basics on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

The current organizational structure is in some need of work. The organization could use some direct support by having an administrative assistant on board. Also a director of the organization would be helpful.

    Pros

Great classrooms and leadership. Most students are well prepared for class, and the campus is conducive to a great learning experience

    Cons

Some students treat it like its the 13th grade - they don't work hard and expect things to be spoon fed to them. But that isn't because of the school, its just how some kids are

    Pros

You work with many types of people and everyone is very friendly. They are flexible and willing to work with you and the atmosphere is pretty laid back.

    Cons

There is not much of a chance to move up. I never considered it a career, it was just a job that was enjoyable while I was there.
