-Great culture (you get praise and recognition for your efforts) -They really care about the employees and it shows in the company's actions -Very innovative company, always looking for ways to do things better -Talented workforce, you can learn so much from the people that work here -Amazing office, open space and lots of entertainment -Great team. company-wide socials (Funding Circle knows how to party) -Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with -Great values: obsess over the customer, make it happen, stand together, think smart, be open, live the adventure (they truly live these values) -Very talented leadership team, and great role models for you to look up to

-They struggle to define a clear progression plan (It can be very elusive what one has to do to progress in a role) -Promotion can take a while to happen due to waiting for someone to leave their current role or waiting for a new opportunity to arise -Progression/ Promotion can be somewhat limited (as of course, they cannot promote everyone) so you may find yourself being in the same role for a long time.

Great benefits, such as unlimited PTO, and good work-life balance.
Cons
Upwards mobility and career development are heavily emphasized and encouraged in certain roles, but seem to be disregarded in other areas of the business.

Terrible forecasting. Underwriting has the ability to negatively impact your paycheck. First sales role I've ever had where the sales team is on the bottom of the totem pole as far as importance.

Management structure is lacking, lack of accountability, ownership, and communication therefore it can feel a little chaotic.

Pros
Management would bring in all analysts intk a room with them every week and drill us about how to make the products better and cut off flattery. The company has a culture of love and honesty. Minimal politics but still prevelant.
Cons
If you come from a toxic company you will feel strange working here when people show you love and kindness. Comp was low but the HR Rep in my exit interview seemed shocked I said this so mighy be fixed for new hires.
