I worked at Funny Or Die full-time for less than a year

    Pros

-Take what you need time off policy -Excellent benefits

    Cons

This company has no pulse. Employees are either extremely set in their ways or too jaded by criticism to actually utilize their creative talents. The (mostly white men) at the top have been there for 5 to 10 years and are just coasting, collecting paychecks until it eventually goes under. FOD is incredibly disjointed. The content has not progressed with our culture and execs are still pitching the same non-diverse stuff that was popular in 2012. Wake up!

I have been working at Funny Or Die full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Can't think of anything nice to say. Where did the fun in funny go?

    Cons

Everyone is looking for jobs including me. The CFO is downright awful and the CEO is not friendly at all and seems to be working in a different company than we are. People are leaving left and right. They tried to gaslight us at this awful retreat telling us it's normal people are leaving every single week. This is not normal and this is not what I signed up for when I interviewed. The place is a hot mess. I wish I had known how terrible this place is when I interviewed but everyone is clearly afraid of speaking up or being honest.
