I worked at Fusion Beads full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You are always busy, never have time to be idle. Really makes the day goes by fast. Management is always doing something for the staff. I've never worked for a company that truly made a genuine effort to show their appreciation for their staff. I was very impressed with this company.

    Cons

There are few positions for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Keep on showing your appreciation to your staff the way you do.

I have been working at Fusion Beads full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere with enjoyable people to work with. A boss that is very thoughtful and treats employees well.

    Cons

The coffee never stays full, and there is a lot of work to do, which is really a good thing. Job security!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. It is pleasant to be surrounded by people who love their job.

  3. "Can be fun, but ultimately... a lot of responsibility for a small amount of pay.."

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    Can be a fun environment
There is always something interesting going on / to learn about
    Awesome coworkers
The management team can be super! (and a wealth of knowledge)
    Pretty laid back atmosphere

    Cons

    High stress position
A lot of responsibility for such a small sum of money
It can get very loud in the room, which makes it hard to focus
    Management isn't always clear

    Advice to Management

Hire more people. Every department is strained. There are so many things to do and never enough time to do them. The pay should be increased. A lot. I also think that flexible hours would be beneficial, especially in Photo. Complaints to HR don't seem to do much..
