Pros
The thought of working in private practice felt scary and risky for years, and prevented me from taking the leap until I found Fusion. Fusion provides a great balance of my autonomy and the support I need as a therapist and a human! Fusion is an integral company with a therapist-centered culture. Therapists are valued for the work they do, supported so they can focus on providing quality therapy and encouraged to find work-life balance. Therapists can create their ideal schedule and identify populations they enjoy working with. Fusion has tons of amazing fun humans to support therapists. A Care Team to schedule intakes and support caseloads. A Billing team to manage insurance and copays. A Regional Director for cohort style support and day to day operations. Optional weekly consultation with the Chief Behavioral Health Officer. Super easy web-based platform (Simple Practice) and documentation is a breeze (say goodbye to 17 page biopsychosocials)!!! Great benefits, annual CEU reimbursement and EMDR training/certification reimbursement. I am so glad I got out of my comfort zone and leaned into private practice. I love what I do. I enjoy going to work. I am so grateful to be part of this team!
Cons
For those wanting to work in person, there are limited locations. There are four main San Diego locations (La Mesa, Santee, Alpine, Oceanside) and a Mesa, AZ location.

Pros
I started working for Fusion in August of 2021, following the completion of my bachelor's degree. I had a difficult time finding any jobs in the field of psychology that would accept a bachelor's level education. I am very grateful for the time I have had at Fusion. I have learned an immense amount regarding the work that is devoted to running a private practice. I have had very positive interactions with all providers and other team members I work alongside. As Fusion grows, management is careful to hear the suggestions their employees have to improving processes for increased efficiency. I also really appreciate the values Fusion holds and practices with clients. Mental health and compassion are the main focuses at Fusion. Aside from the core values of Fusion, I also really enjoy my work schedule. Having weekends and holidays off is amazing. Our CEO's and Regional Directors also take the time to acknowledge our teams hard work. Team members are recognized at quarterly meetings for their dedication to their work. As well as promotions and/or raises always being accessible to those striving for more. I have really enjoyed my time here!

Pros
Upper management makes clients and therapists their top priority! They treat their employees with respect and value what they do. Also, the leadership team is open to feedback and always striving to improve. Definite pros are great work-life balance, flexibility and therapists create and maintain their your own schedule. The care team who handles all of the incoming referrals does an amazing job and is respectful and responsive to therapists. All around, a phenomenal group with a culture that focuses on supporting therapists, serving clients in need, and personal and professional growth, as well as making time for laughter and fun.
Cons
Insurance reiumbursement rates vary and don't reflect the current inflation and increased living expenses. However, those are set by insurance and not something Fusion can change.

Pros
Fusion lives by their stated values, they care about clients and staff and back it up with their day to day actions. Fusion respects staff and pays us above other teletherapy companies who offer less support. I wholeheartedly recommend Fusion as an employer.
Cons
The only downside to Fusion is that as a small company they do not have as many resources but make up for it in personal availability of supervisors and administrators.

Pros
Great management team that are also clinicians so they understand what it is like to be a therapist. I feel supported and there is a great work culture. I love the flexibility and ability to choose my own schedule. The pay and benefit package is great and they offer sick leave. Very personal approach and we can always reach out to the management and admin team with immediate response.
Cons
No cons because if there are concerns/wants/needs, they are always looking to address them and help us.

Pros
Fusion care group allows therapists to have the best work-life balance and be surrounded with the most amazing people. It is seriously life changing!! I am so grateful to be a part of this group practice. Therapists have the ability to choose part-time or full-time positions and receive additional benefits when working full-time. Telehealth or in- person opportunities are available.
Cons
Only one office in Mesa Arizona at this time. **Additional locations coming to AZ soon!
