    Pros

FusionSleep is a great place to build a career. It is very innovative. All companies have change and FusionSleep is no exception however change has consistently been for the better; a sort of necessary evolution in the ever changing healthcare industry. The physicians genuinely care about the sleep challenges that their patients have and the treatment team supports the patients on therapy. Management takes care of their staff and employees’ insight is welcome. Career advancement opportunities continuously emerge as FusionSleep has grown. The all in one clinic, diagnostic testing and treatment options make it very convenient for the patients and has proven to be a successful model.

    Cons

If a person has difficulty adapting to change when necessary or stepping up to challenges and out of their comfort zone if needed, then FusionSleep would not necessarily be the right fit for that person.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! There is a definite balance between patient care and company operations.

I worked at Fusion Sleep (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice location and pay is decent

    Cons

Unfortunately their hiring practices are a bit unprofessional and unethical, very unorganized and Managers in place do not have the maturity or expierence to lead, place alot of hiring decisions based on personal feelings rather than education and experience to do the job.

    Advice to Management

Be more involved in the hiring process and know more about your staff,ot would really cut down on the turn over rate.If you made the decisions you would know when good people aND not let underclassmen make decisions they have know experience in making they are just intimidated of knowledgeable individuals, unless you step in your customer care department will be a disaster

I worked at Fusion Sleep full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Nice people
    Okay pay and good benefits
    Great location

    Cons

Lots of managers that were less qualified than their staff
Due to lack of savvy and experienced management, hiring of inexperienced staff that were not taught their responsibilities thoroughly
High expectations from management, but they lacked understanding of what was needed resource wise to accomplish what they expected
Tried to reinvent the wheel, but no one seemed to understand the rudimentary processes of running medical back office

    Advice to Management

Need to invest in quality experienced, unbiased management that will be able to more appropriately lead and manage their departments.
