    Pros

I worked for them twice. I was promised that there were lots of active positions to recruit for. Many were not real positions and the client would back out when it cam time to start new hires.

    Cons

Never very good senior management. Any positive reviews online were present mid management doing to get their rating up. Candidates beware.

    Advice to Management

Get some honest management and start from scratch.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Fusion Solutions full-time

    Pros

The office was pretty quiet even thought we worked in cubicles. joking around, going to lunch together, etc.

    Cons

Owner put a stop to all that. High producers were put in charge of other recruiters. Owner was subject to screaming matches with the leads and would color the mood of the entire office.

    Advice to Management

Let the recruiters work the way they no best. The results will justify this course of action.

    Pros

Communication was good in the area of notifications of payroll due dates and time entry submissions, benefits and the like.

    Cons

Communication from the Account Manager was sporadic - checked in every so often to see how things were going on the assignment. No formal solicitation of feedback from the client to the agency. When assignment change was on the horizon, they didn't appear to have the employee needs as a concern.

    Pros

Fusion is easy to work for, especially in Texas (right to work state). Once you sign your contract, your employment just continues until the client doesn't need you anymore, which could be a very long time!

    Cons

Fusion is a body shop. If you're OK without job feedback, contact with the Fusion account team, or salary reviews and you just want to get paid for doing good work, then it's OK, but I would like more involvement from the company in my assignment and client relationship.

    Advice to Management

Start regular performance and salary reviews!
Offer paid time off (i.e. vacation or sick days)
Try an employee survey to learn what employees want from your company.
