    Pros

I worked for them twice. I was promised that there were lots of active positions to recruit for. Many were not real positions and the client would back out when it cam time to start new hires.

    Cons

Never very good senior management. Any positive reviews online were present mid management doing to get their rating up. Candidates beware.

    Advice to Management

Get some honest management and start from scratch.

Unfortunately, I had no communication with them after they restructured. The recruiter I worked with left and I wasn't assigned a different contact.

    Cons

Very little communication. They restructured their management team and had difficulty with the transfer.

    Advice to Management

Add more staff, train those already on-board.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Fusion Solutions full-time

    Pros

The office was pretty quiet even thought we worked in cubicles. joking around, going to lunch together, etc.

    Cons

Owner put a stop to all that. High producers were put in charge of other recruiters. Owner was subject to screaming matches with the leads and would color the mood of the entire office.

    Advice to Management

Let the recruiters work the way they no best. The results will justify this course of action.
