    Pros

    Fusion-io had fantastic products and was a great place to work.

    Cons

    The Engineering team was short-sighted battling the industry against NVMe

    I worked at Fusion-io full-time

    Pros

    A really nice company to work at. Employees were treated well on so many levels. The work was interesting and there was a true sense that what we were working on matters. The Engineering Summit was a really good experience that promoted much stimulating learning.

    Cons

    The company was acquired by SanDisk and we had to embrace change.

    Fusion-io was a great company to work for and had an unbelievable culture. I worked with a ton of wonderful people

    There weren't really any cons about working at Fusion-io

    I worked at Fusion-io full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Awsome Tech. Change agents mostly interested. Compensation was fair, and money could be made if you demonstrated good hustle and work ethic.

    Cons

    IPO was a blast, but we were indentured. Territory quota assignments were not thought thru very clearly. Small markets were dealt the same revenue objectives as large markets, thus making it difficult to quota achieve in smaller markets.

    Advice to Management

    This is irrelevant now
