Cons
- No official training provided to fresh graduate, asked to work directly on projects without having any knowledge at all. - No work life balance, keep rushing things to finish up the tasks. - No OT provided even working on weekdays night time - Toxic superior keep comparing me with others (experienced colleague). Low career progression
Oct 24, 2022 - QA Consultant in Kuala LumpurRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
-Work life balance - The end to end testing here are not so complicated - QA will not need to support production and UAT for my project - flexible working hour in office
