    Pros

    Access to research resources.
    Research of fascinating, cutting-edge technologies.
    Networking opportunities in the industry.
Out-of-the-box approach to getting things done.
Excellent corporate culture -- no micro-managing.
Very approachable colleagues and management staff.
    Mentor program.
Proximity to public transportation, and the amenities of downtown Bethesda.

    Cons

There could be more vacation days. There's also no corporate cell-phone or PDA Plans. The quality of IT support is very good, but the process is not always clear (on-site help is not M-F during Business Hours... occasionally have to rely on off-site help).

    Advice to Management

Continue to market our brand, and get our name out there more.

    Pros

Futron allows employees the opportunity to work within the U.S. space program, seeing and experiencing things that only few have.

    Cons

The current human spaceflight enviroment limits opportunities and Futron has a narrow focus for business development. With limited experience, the company's prospects are few.

    Advice to Management

Hire a marketing firm to do the heavy lifting in the areas where Futron lacks. The investment will payoff in new opportunities.
