    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Future Brands full-time

    Pros

Location is great - in Old Town Scottsdale with easy parking.

    Cons

Needed to bring in my own computer. No pen or paper to take notes- had to bring that in too! Owner talks a big talk... but is really a good furniture salesman. Small sweat shop - furniture slinger- predatory lending to people without credit. Owner has a moody temper, quick to judge unless you produce, produce, produce! High turn over - and low commitment. Forget company culture - as you better not disrupt ANYONE without being reprimanded. Owner admitted to "just trying to build a company he can sell- and move on to better things". Expect low pay - with lots of promises until you are discarded after your hard work.

    Advice to Management

Its a small town, word will get out. Make a commitment to your hires.
