    Pros

None....this place is worse than out of the country prisons!!

    Cons

There is nothing nice to say about this place. Stephen and Michael Marchese are the WORST human beings on the planet. They conniving and disrespectful to their employees. Convicts instead of prison should be sentenced to work here!! Clients should be aware that they are being ripped off and invoiced for services that are not even being performed. Inspectors without the proper qualifications are sent to inspect items they are obviously not qualified to inspect!!! DOB should randomly show up on one
of their job sites or lab, you would have a field day!!!

    Advice to Management

Work on becoming decent human beings instead of following the example of the executive leadership here and hopefully karma when she comes will take a little pity on you!!

I worked at Future Tech Consultants (More than a year)

    Pros

I really tried hard to think of a pro, I really did. Coming up blank here.

    Cons

No parking. You will eventually get a parking ticket. Never close for weather..could be a blizzard..nope..still open. Pay is awful . Nonexistent benefits. Owners are complete richards.. <;p>...like really bad. Its almost like they see the employees as not human..which is probably true. Office is also a dirty mold riddled dump. No office manager last over 2 years there. If they don't leave, they are fired at the 2 year mark.

    Advice to Management

Your sociopathic egomaniacs so nothing here would be taken seriously anyway.

    Pros

If you work in the field, there's a lot of freedom. Most days you can be done fairly early and go home. Paid time off requests weren't normally questioned.

    Cons

Lower pay than competitors. Bare minimum benefits. No 401k matching. Expensive, poor quality healthcare plans. Low opportunity for advancement. Training is incredibly inadequate and they don't pay for inspection certifications. Management doesn't care about employees and is only concerned with billing. If they don't have an assignment for you one day, they'll send you to a line job you're not scheduled for and expect you to explain to the client why you're there. Too often you're sent to a job that was cancelled by the client, but dispatch forgets to tell you. You have to fight tooth and nail for paltry raises.

    Advice to Management

Your employees are human. Start treating them like it and maybe your turnover rate will begin to fall.

    Pros

Easy access to transportation to City. Most of their staff are nice people to work with.

    Cons

    Underpay their employees.
Give as few benefits as possible to employees. No match for 401K, Very little contribution on healthcare. Even if you have earned the time off, they don't like you to take it, except on their terms. They do not close early or let you leave early if it is bad weather.

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach
