I have been working at Futuredontics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have nothing good to say. They treat you like a number and promise the world to you, good liars. They have no clue what they are doing.

    Cons

Again they do not care about their employees. Old fashioned thinking, terrible management and unrealistic goals really plague the collective morale of the entire sales group (my department has already gone through 3 managers). If you enjoy being stationed at a desk all day while you incessantly place sales calls to dentists (as management micro manages every call you make) then this is the job for you. 1800-Dentist has a horrible reputation amongst dentists in various demographics so you'll have a difficult time making the money they promise you'll make. The future of the company is very unstable (terrible employee retention). Share holders put pressure on upper management who in turn put tremendous pressure on the employees. I feel like a number, and many of my co-workers feel the same.

    Advice to Management

Have a soul and stop killing the morale of the team. Stop reminding everyone through constant write ups and unconstructive criticism that they are disposable.

I have been working at Futuredontics full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Nice people. Flexibility. Beautiful Office building.

    Cons

This job is extremely tedious, every minute of working is forlorn and insulting to your intelligence. Every Month there is a new rule on why an employee is not able to make a bonus and upper management simultaneously "moves the finish line" which creates a revolving door of employees. they never allow you to consistently be successful within the company. The raises they provide are insulting even if your a great employee. Their are customer service reps and member service reps that have bachelor and master degrees and their supervisors are taking online college classes LITERALLY in their offices on the clock. Furthermore the company spends thousands upon thousands of dollars on dental offices they are trying to convince to be apart of their network with conventions, dinners, and random gifts. But claim they don't have money to pay more to the employees who work hard to make them money every single day.

    Advice to Management

Take more care of your employees. People have families.

    Pros

    Co workers are great .

    Cons

Co. Is extremely ridged treat people like they are in school. base all on a point system and your a number just a number. They treat every situation the same no matter how different or how extreme it is. Most people who call in they can not find a dentist for. Very Aggravating when you at mostly working on commission.
    Stay away!

don't have dentist in most areas. Very frustrating

    Advice to Management

Get a clue and stop treating your imployees as a Number. Different situations need to be handled individually. No Soul
