    Lots of opportunity to learn, friendly environment, with very good pay.

    Communication can sometimes be a great hindering force among other workers

    Allow for the interns to mingle with the projects so that they will have more knowledge on things that they necessarily won't need for the future.

    Cons

    * Limited promotion opportunities. But this is normal for most companies, especially for this size of company.

    Advice to Management

    N/A. The nicest CEO i have ever met. And also many VP/managers are super nice to employees.

    Very friendly, helpful employees all around. Environment very conducive to productivity and learning

    Pay could be better, considering costs of the area.

    Keep up the open-door policy, it was inspirational!

    Pros

    Co workers, atmosphere, bonuses, and benifits

    First company that I have worked for, that I don't mind going in, show up happy and leave happy 99 percent of the time.

    Cons

    Communication, no real inventory method

    My cons are more like challenges presented, that would take more than a week to rectify

    As a super fast growing company, try to keep your composure

    I have been working at G & W Electric Company full-time

    Pros

    Culture is great. Very little politics and extremely transparent. They take care of their employees and customers, and make no secret about it. If you work hard, you will be rewarded through internal promotion. Very supportive of employees and provide the tools for success.

    Cons

    Company outgrew systems and processes, which stresses the organization.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to work on Strategy and set direction for company. Ensure everyone in the company understands how each role affects the overall goal. G&W has improved tremendously in this area and should continue. This should also address processes and systems.
