    Pros

    The culture is absolutely amazing and the employees are humble but driven at the same time. It is a great team environment where you want to come to work each day. The executive staff is also amazing and it is driven by the example of the CEO and founder Paul. A super smart guy who has an ability to roll up his sleeves and take a seat at the working table but not ever make you feel like you can't express your opinions....

    Keep doing what you are doing! The environment and leadership of all of the senior management is spot on. You empower your people and make everyone on the team a valued member of the solutions.

    This is a company that invests in innovation rather than just paying lip service to the idea. How? There is a new lab and a budget for an employee-led program. Everyone I've met their work and customer support responsibility seriously but the atmosphere is still light enough to be fun.     Pros

    Small government contractor that has a family feel to it. Work/Life balance is still valued. Salary's are competitive and leadership strives for the best out of each employee, and employees are rewarded for their efforts.

    Cons

    If you're billable, management will stick you in a contract even if it's not the right fit. Push for innovation and cutting edge thought process, but the equipment they provide is not cutting edge. Need to provide users with the right tools to succeed

    When I first started at G2, they had a "work hard / play hard" culture. They valued innovation and looked for employees to push their skills to the limit. They asked for each "G2er" to search for ways to make technology and the business better, not just meet the status quo. They rewarded employees for that edge.     From the interview to the last day, you always know your working at a leading edge company! I have never had the pleasure of working for a firm like this before and I can tell you personally its beyond leading edge.     The clients they help are limited at this time but they are working to diversify this actively and they are primes for most of the contracts they work on!

    I have been working at G2 Inc.

    Pros

    Benefits are great Small company feel, i know most of the people in payroll and in HR, i know who i can go to for questions. Plus They know who i am. HR and Recruiting are top notch, i hear from HR monthly and it just to see how i am doing.

    Cons

    To many managers for such a small company. Managers and Executives say they want to keep company small, but their actions are not showing that. they seem to be wanting to grow.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the small company feel and keep the level of communication high. HR , Recruiting and Payroll departments make the difference.
