    Pros

    -flights benefits obviously. They’re not great, because you may get treated like garbage and not many people will care of you get stranded. They’re desensitized and forget about you the moment they leave the gate. So play your “standby cards” right - the job itself is exciting and fun, learning so many things and seeing yourself over come unforeseeable events, is amazing - meet so many great people (passengers NOT coworkers) - pay is decent if all your flights have minor issues . When everything goes wrong, and you don’t even have management to turn to for assistance, and your attacked by 200 passengers and drowning alive, you realize it’s not enough pay.

    Cons

    - G2 is a vendor, so management is different than the actual airlines . So you may get in trouble for doing something that the actual airline employees are allowed to do. Literally defies their “consistency” goal - I was reprimanded by management for soliciting too many volunteers... when they oversold the first in the first place. - sexual harassment claims are ignored. Sexual descrimination from DAY ONE, not allowing to advance in other paths because they would rather hire someone they know a.k.a family or friends of family - you can address an issue and suggest how to resolve it, that will get ignored - you’re not given the proper tools to do the job but you’re expected to do the job anyway - corrupt company - corrupt management. -fake co workers -hr is useless - it’s a dog eat dog company and the good hearts who want to change it, slowly die inside .

    I love g2 secure staff , it’s an amazing company and easy to get your foot in the door.

    Cons

    Seniority based schedules. Overtime goes a long time sometimes.

    Ok pay Sort of fun working environment No day is the same

    Cons

    Constantly disrespected by passengers, coworkers, and management. Mental health in the toilet Constantly taken advantage of You work more if you're better but get payed the same as useless and babied agents.
