    Pros

    Easy work, moving the goal post sign up bonus, Unreceived flight benefits. Opportunities to move around in the company or move up it's probably the best thing they do offer.

    Cons

    Overworked and treat it like trash in inhumane conditions. rushed to do work properly under impossible time constraints. Will get a write up for being cold or hot due to all they provide is a thin sweatshirt an beanie. They expect you to put your jacket under your uniform but half the time you get on the plane it's 100° on there so I have to keep taking it off makes no sense. don't fall behind that's a write up due to it being poor work performance. The planes don't have proper air it'very inconsistent. You're either working in 100° hot plains with old people and yourself soaking wet about to pass out. Or you coming from outside being cold and wet onto a cold blasting plane. The Vans are stuffy and too small with no air and sometimes no heat either. it's hot in the Vans as well they do not service them whatsoever. The doors are falling off sometimes the brake don't work too well the check engine lights have been on since March 2nd it's almost 2023. The irony is they want you to do security searches when they don't even care about the employees that work for them make it makes sense. they only care about the bottom line of the dollar. Don't have an emergency during the shift where you have to leave you're getting fired. HR lies & never knows anything that's going on half of them need to be fired. Every time I ask them a question they don't know or they lie and say they'll get back to you and call you and never do. Why I got to remind HR to call me three times? Where they do that at?! I do not feel comfortable talking to HR whatsoever. It doesn't feel safe or that they have the employees best interest at heart. And we finally got some water after about 5 months in of complaining even giving us water is inconsistent. Was also lied to about getting our bonus in 3 months once we got on they switched it to 6 months. That's false advertisement I did not like that it's been down hill ever since. Still never received my flight benefits another lie when I asked HR they don't know. Oh yeah the raise we were supposed to get went to somebody else.

    I have nothing good to say

    Cons

    The company unjustly terminated black employees but gave other raved employees continuous final warnings even after managers requested termination. They promoted as a boys fraternity and had managers who couldn’t write. They allowed sexist and abusive management to consistently occur even after complaints. They falsified documents to create reason for termination. Once you had proven that HR wouldn’t even take your statement or speak to you. This place is very toxic and causes anxiety. Stay away. Compensation was not equal for all employees with same positions at same location. Company lied to win contracts. Operated in safely and fired employees who had incidents with equipment they were never trained on but were forced to operate.
