    Pros

Depending the airport and airline you work you may receive flight benefits. The best thing for frequent travelers.

    Cons

Poor leadership from direct supervisors and managers. Entire operation is driven on intimidation and making employees fearful. No staff feedback is welcome.

    Advice to Management

Train current and potential leaders how to lead.

I have been working at G2 Secure Staff part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great pay
    Flight vouchers
    Extensive training
Easy transfer to American Airlines at end of season

    Cons

    Extreme lack of communication
Four weeks of training, but it still feels as though you're thrown to the wolves when you begin working. AA trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful... local management is neither helpful nor knowledgeable.

I worked at G2 Secure Staff full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flight benefits are the best for just the airline your working for...

    Cons

No support from administration, it’s a team job but to many complaint, we were always short staffed at night during closing, will work with seniority but not new comers, all trainers work during the day and no trainers are scheduled for night, no below wing supervisor at night.

If we were short on people, managers should come in and help but instead they mandate employees to come in and work shifts.

    Advice to Management

Need to get rid of the current staff in administration and restructure the site with new non bias management.
