    Pros

Great people to work with. Amazing project. Life changing opportunity!

    Cons

The only con is that G4 Media is now defunct. Oh and Adam Stotsky ruined G4 as we know it.

I worked at G4 Media as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

not many, they were all worried about their jobs, and rightfully so. they suffered from an incompetence that only g4 could embrace and tolerate.

    Cons

they all suffer from group think, if you are not a beaten down nerd, who is stuck in an inept way to do things you will not fit in. completely resistant to doing things efficiently, consequently they frequently went over budget.

    Advice to Management

none, you already cleaned house, good move

    Pros

They pay you on time even though the check is very small.

    Cons

Crushingly evil, backstabbing HR, coworkers and senior "management" who like to blame everyone down the chain for the awful work environment.

    Advice to Management

    Take some responsibility
