I have been working at G6 Hospitality full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Outstanding people to work with, positive work-life balance and many opportunities to learn, grow and develop in your role.

    Cons

It's a smaller, legacy company and so it's slowly updating its systems, processes and management styles to be more typical of its peers.

I have been working at G6 Hospitality full-time

    Pros

Always a positive atmosphere at the corporate office
The leaders in the company truly seem to care about their people
Great work / life balance compared to other companies
Mixers and team events to boost moral

    Cons

    Micromanaging
    Communication
Company-wide incentives are taken away for some employees, when others are being handed a nice "gift". Seems unfair, but it's up to your manager or the company to decide if you're allowed to participate. (G6 merchandise, food, attending events, holiday hours/summer hours, etc)

    Advice to Management

Can we make things fair and professional again...

I have been working at G6 Hospitality full-time

    Pros

A lot of great activities and events for employees.
    Flexible schedule
    Great incentives and bonus structure.

    Cons

Sometimes you are expected to be like a machine and crank out multiple things all at the same time.
Indecisiveness without clear direction complicates the work that needs to be done.
    No career development or path.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more of an alignment on bigger enterprise initiatives and improved communication. Also, to reduce stress, there needs to be more of a timeline in which to get things done and prioritized. Everything does not have to be urgent!
