Contract work. Their job is to place warm bodies into jobs and process payroll. No job security. Very little communication with corporate office, even for a contract agency.
Advice to Management
Better communication with employees. Would be nice if contract agencies would at least act like real companies and pretend they care about employees.

Recent industry external factors creating uncertainty and challenging competitive environment. The core federal market customer base are increasingly creating new obstacles to growth.
