    It was a nice job, they really help you when it comes to scheduling time off or having to leave early they give you the chance to make up all hours you miss

    Cons

    stressful job, and calls are back to back

    Advice to Management

    management was great to me, she was very good there was never a time that she didn't find a way to help me

    great co workers, they pay you when ur supposed to get paid

    Cons

    you have to collect an absurd amount of money to achieve bonus. they don't care about you as a person, you are face time in a portfolio and no matter what it may be, they will threaten ur job if u have to be out. they set ur budget like a pyramid scheme. 5000 in fee is really 20k plus u need to collect to see a bonus and ur placement in the good portfolio is a popularity contest. not ability.

    Advice to Management

    be fair. your company is a billion dollar company. treat ur employees like they matter...like you care and pay them accordingly. I've never worked in a company and felt so trapped.

    I have been working at GC Services (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The job is easy. The people I work with are nice. You get an hour lunch instead of 30 minutes. They have a nice referral program. As an incintive, they give out cash prizes by randomly selecting employees.

    Cons

    The hourly pay could be at least $10 hour because of the cost of living to care for a family.

    Advice to Management

    None. Management is a group of nice people. They're always willing to help.

    Great pay for the work you do. Taking and making phone calls all day.

    Cons

    Pretty boring job, they try to make it interesting but always fall short. No matter how good you do in a month, it is never good enough.

    Take gratitude in your employees, don't be so secretive.
