    Everyone of the regular employees are very nice, however some managers are not so nice

    Cons

    Can not choose any of your schedule, even after 12 years. Raises are terrible

    Treat employees with more respect

    Pros

    Very helpful and supportive co-workers (including management), family environment, training is fun, job is easy but stressful, potential for large bonus, no Sundays, two nights per week, two half Saturdays per month, management genuinely cares for your well being.

    Cons

    Management plays favorites and it's painfully obvious (they'll deny it), not knowing your budget until the end of the month (which can make or break you), employees can come back from lunch smelling like weed/alcohol and that's fine just don't be late! The turn over is so amazingly high it's unbelievable.

    Advice to Management

    Quit with the favoritism, make the budget known at the beginning of the month, keep being awesome, control your hostile employees, stop taking advantage of your employees.

    Pros

    I work for a third party Collections/ Recivibles Control/Retntion Department for Verizon Wierless. Verizon provides work, and everything so that our company can grow and be inclined to new technology to better serve its clients.

    Cons

    Being a third party agent. The company only pays its workers minimum wage. I work in three Departments, and I still get paid minimum. If I were with Verizon Wierless the Company, I would be getting my pay's worth.

    Advice to Management

    With experience one day I would love to advance to management.

    The quotas are high and the callers are angry.

    Please prioritize call quality over quantity.

    Pros

    You're very likely to be hired
    The starting pay is $9.5

    Cons

    The calls will drain you very quickly
    You'll most likely be doing 10-hour shifts
    The trainers will tell you one thing, then your Unit Manager will tell you not to follow that
    The system is prone to messing up in odd ways, and your Unit Manager will just tell you that "everyone else has it too so figure it out", without offering a solution
