      I have been working at GCA Services full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      Very few pros with this job. Flexible hours and unlimited overtime is really about it. Im leaving as soon as possible!

      Cons

      I was told after 60 days that my pay would increase from $12 to $15 once my probation period ends. I have been employed here close to 8 months and I still have not received the increase as promised:( Also, no paid holidays, no vacation time, no benefit packages other than a really weak discount plan through market place.

      this company is largely mismanaged!

      Fun company. We had a meeting every week in the custodial room. Very laid back. Everyone got along. Management has a lot to do with that.

        Flexible hours. Get to drive nice cars.

        Cons

        No wage increases. Fingerprint Time Clock hardly works. Employees are made to write their time in a sheet of paper most of the time and therefore easily ripped off by un-scrupulous management. Plus no HR to complain too.

        The companies that treat there employees well will always do well.
