I worked at GCR full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Relaxed atmosphere depending on your Team Lead. Work your 40 hours and your supervisor is flexible with your daily work schedule.

    Cons

No opportunity for advancing in this setting. Work environment is a large open room with aluminum folding tables for a desk.

    Advice to Management

Speak the truth, even when it is not good news

I worked at GCR full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

People were nice and sales manager was knowledgeable. When they paid for advertising, the leads were good.

    Cons

Felt like you were lying to the client about how they got your number (they mostly thought they were reaching the government and not a private business). Business solely depends on the owners paying for advertising in order to get leads, otherwise you are calling on dead leads from 6 years ago.

    Advice to Management

    pay the money to advertise

    Pros

As the list of unsatisfied contractors grows, they will go bankrupt. Be careful if you are doing direct deposit. They could with-draw from your account and leave you broke.

    Cons

Don't work with this company. Very poor in how they treat the employee. work with someone else. They will stab you in the back in a heart beat. They will bill you in at a high dollar amount and give you the left-overs. You will be under very high pressure.
