    I worked at GCommerce full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Self motivation leads to self discovery. Industry leader in IDE. SuperSpec development. Sales infused to Customer Service.

    Cons

    No training or HR leads to sink or swim. Financial worries plague this company, Leadership Team is out of touch with workforce, and the workforce is all of 5 or 6 people.

    Management and Leadership is outstanding
    Great products
    Great commitment from employees
    Culture is very friendly and almost like family
    Very open management styles
    You feel empowered and are not micro managed.

    Cons

    Need to grow faster. Need to add more people.
    Some employees are stretched far beyond their capabilities and even their comfort zone.

    Advice to Management

    Don't change a thing. The culture of this company is what makes it a great place to work.
    Aim high with new hires. You have a great company and you can get the best and brightest.
