    Reputable Company - Fair Wages - Policy driven from top management, but willing to listen to team members on the front lines.

    Cons

    When acquiring businesses, it takes too long to institute the GE way of doing things and the advantages gained from the business acquired can be lost in the transition.

    Advice to Management

    The GE way in many instances has ben tested and proven, but better attention to the transition teams is necessary.

    Brand recognition, market leadership were second to none

    Cons

    Human resources team does not engage or communicate with employees even after employees reach out to them, particularly with regard to potential internal opportunities in light of the major divestiture (damaging to GE Capital's legacy)

    insist that your HR team consistently actively engage with all employees
