    Cons

Manpower shortage at times, proficiency training is inadequate. Overtime isn’t available much but needed.

No effort is made over the years to adjust entry level salaries for experience and cost of living.

    Pros

Well known respected organization that one can be proud to work for. Pretty good about recognizing/rewarding individual and team accomplishments. Promotes team work. Lots of support available to field employees.

    Cons

Significant salary inequities among field service engineers. Two individuals could be doing the same job, in the same area, one earning $45k the other $110k. One may have more years with company but after many years the skill set is the same. Low single digit raises across the board effectively increases the gap vs closing it. Lack of advancement opportunities in the field.

    Pros

Some of the people - used to be great place to work a few years ago but top leadership has destroyed the company

    Cons

They do not care about their employees at all - you have to be plugged in 24/7 - improperly staffed - beyond lean - everyone is expected to work 5 jobs with no reward - pay is very low - company does not value it's employees

    Pros

If you just need a job, this job will suffice short-term.

    Cons

No chance for advancement. No individual incentives or rewards. Unorganized. Favoritism based on personal relationships. Not recommended for anyone with the ability to find more substantial employment.
