    Pros

    GE is a great company with so much room for growth, especially with healthcare industry growing year after year.

    Cons

    Upper management tend to change priorities quickly, especially when shareholders get too involve with the process.

    Advice to Management

    Changes are good but not too quickly, especially when the process are just getting traction for the employees, give it at least few yrs. to brew to get solid data.

    Pros

    Progressive company that inspires their employees to be better people. To be healthy, to volunteer, to grow in your career.

    Cons

    With growth comes change and change can have its growing pains. Good employees are let go due to organizational changes. Company Knowledge is an asset that employees have that can not be replaced as easily.

    Advice to Management

    Try to keep long term employees on for stability purposes. To mentor, to train, to share historical lessons learned. Younger may be cheaper, but the value of a loyal, knowledgeable employee is bear priceless.

    Pros

    Very nice work env and smart people to work with. Very decent hrly rate. Management was very nice.

    Cons

    The V&V teams are overwhelmed with a lot of work and always need of extra help.

    Advice to Management

    Understand the workload and needs and improve V&V team size to improve the product quality.

    Pros

    GREAT company culture, benefits, management team, future career opportunities and leadership training. The sky is the limit with this company.

    Cons

    Salaries are competitive but not where they should be. Quota's are a stretch but attainable. That's really all I can think of so I'm fulfilling the 20 word minimum
