I have been working at GE Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employee friendly company. Great benefits. Good salary. Travel weekly. Co workers are great and management always there for support. Enjoy going to work.

    Cons

Have been told management changes up frequently, though the 2 different ones I work/worked under have been good. Otherwise I cant think of any cons to report. Must like to travel because you do every week.

    Advice to Management

    None

Very much appreciated what time I had there..

    Cons

Have worked for GE for three years at variuos times and received accolades for my performance and attendance and even given a letter of recommendation. They will tell you that you need a associates degree and at the same time hire another who doesn't either.

I have been working at GE Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of large-scale, large-impact projects to be a part of. Wide array of informative co-workers that are willing to mentor and train. High rate of pay. Large focus on development in both technical and communicative skills.

    Cons

Pace of some projects can be slow due to the clunky corporate atmosphere. Business cases get in the way of a truly efficient supply process.

    Pros

Ge products and good work. The slogan" Improving lives in the moments that matter" is very noble.

    Cons

The leadership programs are not as communicative. It's very hard to switch from OMLP to EEDP for example.
