    I worked at GE Healthcare

    Pros

GREAT company culture, benefits, management team, future career opportunities and leadership training. The sky is the limit with this company.

    Cons

Salaries are competitive but not where they should be. Quota's are a stretch but attainable. That's really all I can think of so I'm fulfilling the 20 word minimum

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing

I have been working at GE Healthcare full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

I seriously cannot come up with a single one. They have reduced benefits and compensation to a point that a job at your local service garage is on par with being employed at ge

    Cons

The company has competitive products but their opinion seems to be far higher of their products than the industry's. Ge is not even close to an "employee friendly" company. New leadership seems driven on improving profits out of the pockets of the employee. Culture at ge is downright awful and i would not recomend working for them

    Advice to Management

Get new leadership and return the company to the one time well respected company that it used to be.

    Pros

Work from home, a lot of opportunity to advance career. Massive company.

    Cons

Current Management is too focused on turning our sales team into a call center. Company seems to be cutting certain teams, and less jobs are being posted. little to no sales training.

    Advice to Management

focus on selling, focus on training employees to become better salespeople

I worked at GE Healthcare full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Commitment to Learning and Development and Great career opportunities both within the company and outside due to the reputation of GE. 7% Match on 401k once fully vested. Great thought leaders bringing innovation to the forefront. Easy to take pride in the company.

    Cons

Culture has shifted to Micro-Managing employees since Mike Jackman assumed control of the business. Unrealistic expectations for OP attainment with current Ambulatory IT market especially with shift of product lines to Northstar. Not much work/life balance. HR controls your employment even if you are a strong producer, and can act without reason. Significant turnover in management leads to far too many ideologies in play so it's incredibly difficult to determine which to use as employees when it changes every month.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees to steer away from micro-managing them, and retain your top producers/leaders. Make training and development plans for new employees to adhere to so that they are able to influence the business at a faster rate.
