    Very much appreciated what time I had there..

    Cons

    Have worked for GE for three years at variuos times and received accolades for my performance and attendance and even given a letter of recommendation. They will tell you that you need a associates degree and at the same time hire another who doesn't either.

    Can be very bureaucratic and political. Appearance often more important than actual contribution. "Who you know more than what you know."

    I absolutely enjoyed my responsibilities and work that I did. I felt like I was able to really contribute to the team currently and the future. The people were incredibly supportive and incredibly intelligent.

    There isn't a lot of young people and it could almost seem like you're in dungeon working all day.

    Privileged to work with some really smart people always learning. Great benefits - Healthcare, compensation and advancement opportunities.

    Cons

    Every 6-9 months departments are reorganized, restructured, consolidated, moved, etc. GE Retirement Pension no longer an option with new employees.

    Listen to employees you've hired smart leaders... let them lead.
