    Pros

Decent Pay and advancement opportunities. Highly diverse culture and plenty of avenues for career development

    Cons

Capital businesses are for sale. Not much more you can say after being told that you are for sale and will not be moving to the new purchasing company.

    Advice to Management

Advice, advice, advice, advice, advice. No advice to give. Management is not being retained with sale either.. Will revise at a later date.
