    Pros

Smart people work there. Competitive Salary and Benefit package

    Cons

Really have lost their edge. Many business processes don't flow together anymore. Sr. Mgmt. often leaping too fast, and thinking about making the quarter vs. long term vision. Not always having time to thinking things through which can create alot of extra rework

I worked at GE as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Senior executives place a lot of responsibility with interns. I was put in charge of many projects and was able to work with many different people within the company.

You have to drink the kool-aid. The company follows a very corporate structure and there are a lot of internal politics.

    Advice to Management

    Appeal to younger talent.
