    HR exec should spend more time resolving company issues instead of spreading the gossips. Management need to focus on employees and company's future

    Pros

    Salary, high demands, good IT, given resources, access to technology

    Cons

    Unprofessional out of control manager who had no real experience or knowledge and was just out for her own gain. Professional staff treated like infant school kids. Focus on safety commendable but counter productive

    Advice to Management

    Engineers make better managers than office staff without any technical knowledge!
