I have been working at GE full-time

    Pros

GE has a talented, well educated work force. People are hard working.

    Cons

Very hard to go to GE as a mid-career hire. The leadership programs are like fraternities and sororities and they reward those that are lifers. It's such a massive company, it's hard to make any change.

    Advice to Management

Learn to embrace the mid career hires and respect their experience from outside GE.
