    It's a very large company and it's not always easy to find answers. This is probably common in most industries.

    Awesome company to work for as long as you have an excellent Manager and upper management. Everyone is willing to help!

    Cons

    If you are a recent graduate, make sure you join one of their leadership/rotational programs. If you don't, your learning curve may be longer depending on the resources available to you.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to foster collaboration and macro-management.
