    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at GE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

401K, Good Benefits, Household Name, Numerous Oppurtunities

    Cons

You're literally just an SSO number, very little room for mistake, the budget and the project are all that matter, very little to no structure at the site level, not having the proper tools, conflict of interest, and upper management not having your back.

    Advice to Management

Wind energy within GE needs a revamp, from safety to customer relations, and site management to training. GE wind does not represent the rest of the company as well as it should, and that starts from the top.
