I worked at GEICO full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Unlimited advancement opportunities for those who work for it. Easy to move up with hard work. Excellent pay and benefits, profit sharing, and 401k. Pays for college classes and books to further your career. Not just a job but a career.

    Cons

As a call center it can be very stressful handling 80-110 calls per day. If you're up for the challenge, it's an overall great company.

    Advice to Management

Management was fantastic. Quarterly rewards for employees, annual raises based on performance, constant feedback to help you improve yourself.
