    Pros

    Cons

long hours, management is a joke, my supervisor purposely denied my promotion that i was qualified for to help his numbers, modern plantation,

    Advice to Management

listen to your team, when someone tells you their supervisor is harassing and disrespecting them believe them. Dont allow the entire team to quit before you do something

I worked at GEICO full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

pay is good, training is good, people were absolutely lovely

    Cons

nonstop work, people cried on my team and my team consisted of 2 transfers from customer service, one transfer from auto, and 2 people who came from other forms of call center insurance sales, very metrics based, no work life balance (one of my coworkers was hit by a car on the way to work and the coach was like "when are you gonna be here?"), they make it seem like you can advance from the phones in a year or two but that is a complete fantasy

    Advice to Management

It's just too much. Some of you are doing your best but this kind of work environment breeds anxiety, destroys peoples' interpersonal relationships/home life, and a couple 2 liters of coke once a week isn't going to fix that.

    Pros

Great training, good benefits, friendly atmosphere

    Cons

Unrealistic expectations. Even the most dedicated and hard working employee will fall behind. You spend hours trying to catch up in the evenings and weekends. Bad work/life balance. Strain on relationships.

I have been working at GEICO full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good money and benefits for anyone who dosen't know what they want to do with their life. No college degree required. They get you licensed.

    Cons

    Call Center
    Limited growth
MOAT Still very new and stuff goes wrong all the time. They don't care as long as sales are still selling policies and they are making money.
Because it is through all partner systems GEICO has no control if something is actually wrong.

    Advice to Management

Fix your god damn systems. Their main source, the wiki, went down all the time.
