    Pros

The job duties are pretty easy and the pay is fairly good for a part-time job considering I had never held an administrative postition before.

    Cons

The downsides are that there is not any one person in charge at this office and it shows. There is a Superintendent, Operations manager, Sales Manager, and Office Adminstrator. None of them get along, they all fight and bicker amongst themselves and each one thinks that they are in charge of the other. Sometimes it actually quite entertaining to sit back and watch but most of the time it's pretty pathetic.

    Advice to Management

I think that corporate should visit more often. Maybe that way everyone at this office will spend more time worrying about their own job duties and stop worrying about everyone else.

    Pros

Good job not physically demanding at all. Coworkers and management are good people, plenty of over time if your willing.

    Cons

Schedule is all over the place. One day your expecting to go on a four day job that instead turns out to be a day. You prepare to work days next thing you know your working graveyard shift. Go to working months straight to having a week off, but they tell you to stay by your phone.
